**Eligibility Criteria:**
1. **Educational Qualification:**
– Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree (second division) from a recognized university.
2. **Experience:**
– Relevant administrative experience in government services, particularly within the ministerial cadre, is preferred but not mandatory.
3. **Age Limit:**
– Candidates must be between 21 to 28 years of age. Age relaxation may be applicable as per government rules for special categories.
**Job Description:**
As a Naib Tehsildar, you will be responsible for assisting the Tehsildar in administrative and revenue-related tasks within your assigned tehsil (administrative division). Your primary duties will include:
– **Revenue Collection and Management:**
– Assist in the collection of land revenue and other government dues.
– Maintain and update land records accurately.
– Ensure compliance with revenue laws and regulations.
– **Administrative Responsibilities:**
– Handle day-to-day administrative tasks within the tehsil.
– Assist in the implementation of government policies and schemes.
– Facilitate the resolution of local disputes and grievances.
– **Field Duties:**
– Conduct field visits to inspect land and property.
– Supervise the work of subordinate staff and ensure effective field operations.
– Prepare and submit reports on various administrative activities.
– **Public Interaction:**
– Serve as a liaison between the public and the government.
– Provide assistance and guidance to citizens regarding land-related issues and government schemes.
**Skills and Competencies:**
– Strong understanding of revenue laws and regulations.
– Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
– Ability to handle public relations and resolve conflicts.
– Proficiency in local languages and effective communication skills.
– Competency in using basic office software and maintaining records.
**Application Process:**

Note: | The candidates, who qualify written Examination, will be called for Psychological Assessment and Interview.i) Negative Marking shall be made and 0.25 marks shall be deducted for each incorrect answer in the MCQ papers. ii) A candidate shall have to obtain 40% marks in each paper and 50% marks in the aggregate to qualify for interview. Thereafter, a candidate shall also secure 50% marks in the interview to be held eligible for final merit list of successful candidates. |
